My purpose is to guide individuals through deep transformation—supporting the release of old patterns, emotional imprints, and limiting beliefs that no longer align with their highest self. As we move through different stages of awareness and consciousness, I help others navigate these transitions with grounded, trauma-informed support and intuitive guidance.

Through a combination of energy work and light-based counseling, I assist in restoring balance within the mind, body, and energetic field. My approach is personalized and intuitive, meeting each individual where they are while helping them reconnect to their inner truth, clarity, and sense of wholeness.

Each session is a space for realignment, where stagnant or unbalanced energy can be released, and deeper awareness can be accessed. This process supports not only healing, but also growth, self-understanding, and spiritual expansion.
